Job summary

3dB Labs, Inc. is seeking an IT Generalist to join our corporate team, supporting our growing mission. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the technical knowledge to match in a fast-paced environment.

Duties include end user support, networking, and infrastructure tasks such as VMware ESXi, backups, and disaster recovery. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret clearance are required or a major plus.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years IT experience.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain US Government Top Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT, Computer Systems, or similar.
• Experience in Linux and Windows environments.
• Current or past US security clearance is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/upgrade computers and peripherals.
• Onboard new employees’ computers and handheld devices.
• Familiarize users with systems: Email (Exchange), OneDrive, InTune, JIRA, timecard system, Ninja1, ticketing system, GITLAB, Mattermost, VPN.
• Respond to tickets.
• Configure devices for appropriate networking permissions.
• Troubleshoot networking issues; Cisco CLI is a plus.
• Manage VMware ESXi: create/configure/restore/migrate VMs.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Run cables as needed.
