Job summary

3dB Labs is seeking a skilled Linux System Administrator to join our corporate team supporting our growing mission. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the technical knowledge to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include End User Support for Linux workstations and infrastructure tasks such as VMware ESXi, backups, and DR planning, while ensuring compatibility with Exchange, JIRA, GitLab, and related tools across global deployments.

Qualifications

• US citizen able to obtain US Government Top Secret clearance.
• 8–15 years IT Linux experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in IT or Computer Systems.
• Expert in Linux distros: Rocky, CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: setup, maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting of Linux workstations and related hardware.
• Infrastructure Support: VMware ESXi administration, backups, DR planning, and occasional cabling.
• Coordinate with security and IT teams to ensure system compatibility and reliability.
