Job summary

3dB Labs is seeking an IT Generalist to join our corporate team, providing critical end-user, networking, and infrastructure support in a fast-paced environment.

You'll maintain and upgrade PCs and peripherals, configure networking devices, manage VMware ESXi, backups, and disaster recovery, and assist with security clearances. A 5–10 year IT background and a bachelor’s or associate degree are required, with US citizenship and TS clearance a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years IT experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT, Computer Systems, or similar.
• Experience in a Linux and Windows based environment.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret Clearance.
• Current or past US security clearance is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: Maintain/upgrade computers and peripherals, onboard new employees’ devices, familiarize with key systems, respond to tickets.
