IntouchCX is seeking an IT Generalist to maintain and repair computer hardware and software in a break/fix environment. You will install and test workstations, fix performance issues, diagnose problems, and ensure devices are functional.

You will troubleshoot line-of-business applications, perform system audits, manage IT assets, develop standards, and provide support to internal and external clients while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualificações

• As IT Generalist, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Post-secondary schooling preferred.
• Experience with ChromeOS devices highly regarded.
• Able to learn a variety of software programs.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer relations and presentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Install and test workstations (break/fix), fix performance issues, diagnose/replace hardware and software problems.
• Ensure workstations are functional (computer hardware peripherals/components).
• Troubleshoot/report program issues (Logical Agent/LivePerson/third-party apps).
• Verify application results, conduct system audits.
• Maintain organization of physical hardware and IT assets.
• Develop and manage organizational IT standards.
• Engage with clients providing updates and solutions, ensure IT compliance.
• Provide generalized IT support as required.
• Interpret service delivery metrics to solve problems.
• Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables.
• Preserve assets via disaster recovery and information security controls.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing standards.
