Job summary

Angie’s Food Concepts is seeking an IT Field Technician to support multiple valley locations from Phoenix, AZ. The role includes on-site and remote IT support, device maintenance, and participation in technology deployments and store openings.

The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree in IT or related field, 2+ years of IT support experience, and relevant certifications. Travel to stores is required, with a flexible schedule and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
Two+ years IT support experience or similar training preferred.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical support requests from team members and store personnel.
Provide remote and on-site IT support across locations.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, printers, and POS devices.
Diagnose hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Assist with store openings and IT projects; document incidents and resolutions.
Create internal help-desk documentation and end-user guidance.
Travel to store locations as needed and coordinate with vendors.
