Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service and Delivery Technician III to support our markets in New Mexico, including Albuquerque, with up to 25% travel to surrounding areas. You will deploy equipment, install hardware and software, and support POS systems, printers, and network servers in retail stores.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and repair IT hardware, collaborate with the Corporate IT teams, and ensure store technology runs smoothly under tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT hardware, retail store systems and Windows/MS Office.
• 5+ years in technical systems with 2+ years in technical support.
• 2+ years’ experience with retail store systems and technology hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for Albertsons Market stores in and around Albuquerque, NM with 25% travel to surrounding areas.
• Deploy and install hardware and software; service PCs, printers, POS, scales, and network servers.
• Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware and systems; ensure recoverability of systems and applications.
• Collaborate with Support Center and Corporate IT groups for on-site resolutions; meet SLAs.
• Travel up to 25% to Santa Fe, Taos and Texas markets.
