Job summary

Seminole Classic Casino Hollywood seeks a Technology Service Technician to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware and peripherals within a fast-paced casino environment. You will document, upgrade, and support hardware/software configurations while managing user accounts and security settings.

Preferred qualifications include A+ and Windows fundamentals, strong customer service and English communication, plus experience with remote diagnostic tools and mid-range

Qualifications

Professional certification and 0-3 years experience in hardware, software and network diagnostics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional conduct.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English, duties and responsibilities.
Experience with Windows OS, networking fundamentals or security fundamentals preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and peripherals.
Document, maintain and upgrade hardware and software configurations.
Support and maintain user account information including rights and security groups.
Collaborate with a high-technical support team and follow departmental policies.
