Job summary

US Fertility is seeking an IT Technical Analyst to provide hybrid on-site and remote support for clinics across Rockville, MD and Northern Virginia. Travel up to 25% is required to support multiple locations. The role demands strong Windows/AD expertise, endpoint management, and collaboration with clinical teams.

You’ll support hardware, software, and network issues, participate in migrations, and maintain security standards while delivering excellent user service to physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT service desk, desktop support, or Tier 2 tech support
• Healthcare IT experience preferred
• Advanced troubleshooting in Windows 10/11 and MS 365
• Experience managing users, groups, and permissions in AD/Entra ID/Azure AD
• MDM/endpoint management tools experience (Intune/SCCM)
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements in clinical environments

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and field tech support across clinics and offices with travel within Rockville, MD and surrounding regions
• Maintain proximity to Rockville hub to support timely onsite service
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system configuration issues
• Support endpoint migrations, equipment replacements, and infrastructure maintenance
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and clinical tech
• Act as escalation point for Tier 1 service desk issues and coordinate with MSP
• Document tickets and contribute to knowledge base resources
• Provide onboarding assistance to physicians, clinicians, and staff
• Ensure security and privacy of confidential information per company policies
• Keep current on industry technologies and best practices
• Provide onsite support at additional locations as needed
