• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
• Understanding of Windows 10/11.
• Familiarity with computer hardware, printers, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel regularly between clinic locations.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-line technical support to clinic staff and corporate users via phone, email, remote support tools, and in person.
• Set up, modify, and maintain user accounts, permissions, licenses, and access controls within Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and other end-user equipment.
• Install, configure, and update Windows OS and Microsoft 365 services.
• Travel between clinic locations to provide onsite support.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment setup.
• Ensure HIPAA and security policy compliance.
