Job summary

Usphysicaltherapy2 is seeking an IT Support Technician I to provide frontline technical assistance for multiple Northern Virginia clinics. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 administration, end-user support, and equipment setup across locations.

Travel between clinic sites is regular, and the ideal candidate combines customer service with technical curiosity, aiming to grow in a hands-on IT environment while maintaining HIPAA and security best practices.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Network++ Certification.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
• Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Familiarity with computer hardware, printers, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel regularly between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to clinic staff and corporate users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
• Set up, modify, and maintain user accounts and access in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and Microsoft 365 services.
• Deploy new computers and peripheral equipment; maintain and repair printers and related devices.
• Assist with network connectivity issues (Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN, internet).
• Support cybersecurity practices and MFA, endpoint protection, and security awareness.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset inventory.
• Travel between clinic locations to provide onsite IT support.
