Job Title: Field Support Technician (4 Openings)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Field Support Technicians to provide on-site and remote technical support across clinics within a 60-mile radius. This role acts as the first point of contact for technical issues related to PC, Apple, networking, and infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide field support for workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and document resolution steps.
• Handle basic networking tasks (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
• Understand or be willing to learn IDF environments.
• Manage and prioritize tickets within SLAs using the internal ticketing system.
• Regularly visit clinics (within ~30–60 miles) to offer technical support.
• Communicate proactively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in field support or helpdesk roles.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally.
