Pediatric Specialists of Virginia seeks an IT Specialist I to join our IT team in Fairfax, VA. This full-time hybrid position supports end-user computing, servers, and network infrastructure across locations, with approximately 1 day work-from-home and 4 days in the office.

The role requires travel between satellite clinics and a date-stamped end date of July 18, 2027. The IT Specialist will install, modify and repair hardware and software, provide technical guidance, and maintain end-user

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of related work experience
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between satellite clinics; proof of liability and property damage insurance on vehicle
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass TB, drug and physical exam

Responsabilités

• Provide IT support relating to Microsoft core business applications and virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware
• Design, implement, and support services for Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint
• Provide technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and IT security platforms
• Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, RDWeb, Terminal Services, and Citrix
• Provide system documentation and consulting services to include system reviews and recommendations
• Additional projects and duties as assigned
• 75% of role comprised of Help Desk Coverage and 25% project integration
