Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union seeks an IT Support Technician to ensure smooth delivery of hardware services. You will handle onboarding/offboarding of equipment, provisioning desktops and laptops, and coordinate with the IT HelpDesk to resolve incidents within SLA.

This on-site role in Utah requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities to support branches and employees in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year IT experience.
• Oral and written communication proficiency.
• Ability to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in a member-facing role preferred (credit union).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent and two years of professional experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license; travel to branches may be required.
• CompTIA Core Certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware provisioning and troubleshooting for desktops and peripherals.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of equipment.
• Support lifecycle of computer hardware and peripherals and disposition of returns.
• Maintain inventory of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Collaborate with IT HelpDesk to own incidents and requests within SLA.
• Assist branches and employees with provisioning and support.
