Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Sandy, Utah is seeking an IT support specialist responsible for delivering seamless technology services. You will monitor the ticket queue, assist onboarding with equipment provisioning, and coordinate offboarding equipment recovery to ensure smooth operations.

You will work closely with the IT HelpDesk, maintain hardware inventory, and help with provisioning and troubleshooting desktops and laptops for branches and staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capability.
• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure timely results.
• Experience in a member-facing role, preferably in a credit union.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to team members in a professional manner.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of equipment.
• Support provisioning, installation, and troubleshooting of computers and peripherals.
• Maintain an inventory of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Collaborate with IT HelpDesk to own incidents and requests within SLAs.
• Other duties as assigned.
