Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an IT Support Technician to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of equipment, and to assist in provisioning desktops and laptops for branches and all employees. You will work closely with the IT HelpDesk to resolve incidents and requests with professionalism.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ year of IT experience, including familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of professional IT experience preferred.
• Experience in a member-facing role is desirable in a financial services environment.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to onboarding and offboarding processes for equipment and users.
• Manage inventory and lifecycle of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Collaborate with IT HelpDesk to handle incidents and requests within service levels.
