Job summary

Raas Infotek in Hendersonville, NC seeks an IT Field Services Operator (FSO) to provide on-site hardware support across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. You will handle IMACD tasks, imaging, Active Directory, SCCM, and ServiceNow ticketing, with strong emphasis on documentation and end-user satisfaction.

The role requires on-call availability, travel to nearby sites, and a daily on-site work model. Overtime is compensated, and remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• A+ Hardware certification required.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Strong communication skills (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve End-user IT issues on PCs, mobiles, printers.
• Coordinate IMACD tasks with IT functions and Customer Sites.
• Document installations, moves, adds, changes for EUC equipment and software.
