Job summary

Apptad Inc. is seeking a Field Services Operations specialist to support end-user devices and peripherals at customer sites across Covington VA, Atlanta GA, Holland MI, Mahrt AL, and Greensboro NC.

The role emphasizes on-site service delivery, IMACD activities, and strong customer interaction. Responsibilities include imaging workstations, configuring AD/GPO, utilizing SCCM, and using ServiceNow for ticketing.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office suite.
• Experience with remote desktop tools and imaging utilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide On-Site IT support at client sites.
• IMACD tasks: Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose of IT assets.
• Coordinate IMACD activities and document processes.
• Maintain equipment inventory and asset records.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ticket resolution.
