Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in San Francisco, CA is seeking an IT support professional to imaging and staging desktops and laptops, troubleshoot hardware/software, and provide end-user support both on-site and remotely. Role requires travel to various sites on demand and collaboration with internal IS teams.

The position includes handling IMACs, managing ServiceNow tickets, and maintaining hardware/software across the organization with VPN and network access expertise.

Qualifications

• Imaging and staging of desktops and laptops.
• Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and peripherals.
• Travel to various sites on demand.
• Test, image and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers and other hardware.
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone and in person.
• Knowledge of Wi‑Fi and LAN access issues; VPN setup and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Imaging/staging desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software for end users.
• Assist client IS technicians with large IMACs.
• Manage ServiceNow ticket queue and respond to end-user issues.
• Perform end-user support via phone/in person.
• Keep up to date with system information and updates.
