Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing IMACD tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose).
• Hands-on imaging/re-imaging Windows for desktops and laptops.
• Proficient with Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot end users' IT issues across PCs, tablets, mobile devices.
• Coordinate IMACD activities with IT functions and customers.
• Plan site surveys and ensure equipment and software readiness.
• Lead installations, moves, adds, changes, and disposals at sites.
• Document IMAC processes and obtain customer approval.
