Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is hiring for a Desktop Support Engineer in Houston, TX. You will handle hardware and software support, troubleshoot network connectivity, and assist with device provisioning and updates.

You will work with Windows and Mac OS, support OneDrive migrations, and help maintain smooth operations for employees using iPlanet and O365. A focus on customer service and issue resolution is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support or helpdesk environments.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting and updates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to hardware and application support queries from the helpdesk and escalated to Desktop Support Engineers.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, BIOS, drivers, OS, and Office for Mac related problems.
• Setup and troubleshooting of Apple devices and video conferencing equipment.
