ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Field Support Tech to join the Field Services & Infrastructure team. This role is 100% onsite in Carrollton, TX, with up to 80% travel across the US.

You will deploy, configure, and support IT equipment at multiple locations, including servers and endpoints, and provide Tier 3 support. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT field support experience, strong Windows Server/AD knowledge, and solid networking skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site/field IT support across multiple locations.
• Strong Windows Server, AD, and Group Policy knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Diagnose Windows and macOS issues with good documentation and customer communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% nationwide and support after-hours.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and support IT equipment at practice locations and HQ.
• Install and refresh PC and Mac systems per rollout procedures.
• Coordinate equipment rollouts, relocations, and decommissions across sites.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues.
• Assist with server/VM provisioning, maintenance, and patching.
