Pinch A Penny, a POOLCORP Company, is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support across its growing Southeast franchise network. The role includes hardware installs, on-site training, and remote assistance to keep stores operating smoothly.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, networks and VPNs, travel on-site as needed, and work with vendors while reporting to the IT Retail Support Manager.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or at least 3 years of IT experience.
• A valid FL driver's license with a clean driving record.
• To be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent knowledge in Windows, proficient knowledge in Active Directory, Hyper‑V or virtualization, Powershell or Scripting, MSSQL or database queries preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides excellent customer service and technical support to franchise locations.
• Delivers remote desktop support for Windows 11, standard business applications, and proprietary software systems.
• Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, printer, network, and connectivity issues.
• Sets up and supports Local Area Networks, VPN connections, and related network equipment.
• Monitors VPN connections and internet uptime to help maintain reliable store operations.
• Serves as a liaison between customers and third‑party vendors, including HP, Internet Service Providers, and credit card processors.
• Images and configures computers using approved imaging software and deployment processes.
• Travels on‑site as needed for hardware installations, break/fix support, and new store build‑outs.
• Provides on‑site user training for standard and proprietary software applications.
• Terminates, tests, and troubleshoots network cabling.
• Follows company installation standards, documentation procedures, and quality control guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
