Job summary

Cellular Sales in Richmond, VA is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide primary hardware and software support across multiple retail locations. You will resolve user issues reported to the National Operations Center and other internal teams while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; 3+ years tech support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hardware and software support in retail environments.
• ITIL familiarity is a plus; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer, evaluate, and prioritize service requests via ticketing, phone, email, or in person.
• Assist with identifying problems and potential resolutions.
• Coordinate with end users and other departments to meet service levels.
• Track issues using the ticketing system and maintain records.
• Maintain hardware/software standards with PMO and Asset Management.
• Escalate complex issues and communicate trends to team leadership.
