Job summary

Amazon IT Support Associate II works with the operations team to resolve technical problems across Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographic area. You will contribute to improving IT infrastructure, training new hires, and supporting customers regionally.

Starting pay is hourly with benefits from Day 1, including healthcare and 401(k) matching. The role requires lifting up to 49 lbs and long shifts with on-site support in the Maryland region.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated computer systems and peripherials.
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac or Linux OS.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment in operations facilities.
• Handling support requests across the network.
• Training new hires and continuous learning of new technologies.
• Providing support to customers across multiple buildings and remote locations.
• Travel within local/regional area to support customers.
