Job summary

Amazon's OpsTech IT is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team across multiple facilities within a defined geographic area. You will troubleshoot IT equipment, handle support requests, and help train new hires while continually learning new technologies.

Starting pay ranges from 23.50 to 37.74 USD per hour in Oregon, with benefits starting Day 1, a 401(k) match, and opportunities to grow within Amazon's operations network; travel to local sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience.

Responsibilities

• Allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers.
