Corporate Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our on-site team in California. You will independently manage complex client environments, lead escalations, and act as a technical authority for systems, networks, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT, advanced admin and networking skills, and experience with Exchange, Office 365, and Azure. You will mentor technicians and contribute to best practices while supporting diverse client environments.

Qualifications

• Managed Services experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Advanced system administration and networking experience.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting for server, network, security, and infrastructure.
• Manage and support client environments (servers, workstations, networks, cloud).
• Design, implement, and maintain secure IT solutions aligned with client needs.
• Provide expert support for Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and AD administration.
• Mentor Field Service Technicians and contribute to process improvements.
• Document root cause analysis and resolution details.
