Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management activities and managing their impact across a unit or department.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze buy vs. build procurement for IT products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of leads and supervisors for IT Field Services.
• Supervise, recruit, hire, evaluate and develop field technicians.
• Resolve ticket escalations and communicate service status across locations.
• Coordinate with other IT managers and staff on special projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve IT services and satisfaction.
