Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Information Technology.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in dealing with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a high volume of Help‑desk Tickets.
• Review and manage help‑desk system and field IT tickets, work requests and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate IT policies and procedures.
• Approve staffing, vacations, and sick-time requests.
• Prepare and present annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Develop and track targets to meet corporate goals.
