Job summary

• 3+ years in IT administration or IT engineering in a fast-growing tech company.
• Hands-on with at least one IDP (Okta, Google Auth) and one MDM and one ticketing tool.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, DNS records, and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Identity & Access management (SSO, SCIM) across SaaS apps.
• Onboarding & Offboarding for new hires in the region.
• Workspace Admin for Google Workspace / M365, licenses and security.
• Device Management through Jamf/Iru/Intune and policy enforcement.
• Handle IT tickets, SLAs, and approvals with least privilege.
• Automate IT tasks with scripts and document changes.
