Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Senior IT Engineer (Level 3) in the Atlanta, GA area. This role provides advanced escalated support and systems administration across the enterprise IT environment, acting as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex issues spanning endpoints, servers, networking, identity, and cloud collaboration platforms.

The position follows a hybrid schedule—in-office 3–4 days per week—and requires mentoring junior engineers while partnering with Security and Infrastructure teams to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support and systems administration experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Intune and SCCM.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based ticketing and change management processes.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Network+/Security+, Modern Desktop Admin).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Level 3 escalation for complex hardware, software, network issues.
• Perform advanced root-cause analysis across endpoints, servers, and apps.
• Manage escalated tickets within SLAs and communicate with users.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Support endpoint management platforms (Intune/SCCM).
• Document recurring issues and build knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
• Administer servers and virtual environments; assist with upgrades and patches.
