Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking an IT Technician III to join our client-focused team in the United States. The role blends client interactions with hands-on installations to maintain robust IT environments.

You will handle server and network administration, project work, and proactive support to ensure high availability and security for client infrastructures. The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience with Windows Server and AD, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and Mac OS.

Responsibilities

• Provisioning and system setup for clients.
• Provide support to the service desk via phone, portal, or email to resolve end-user issues.
• Prioritize incidents and service requests to meet defined SLAs.
• Install and configure hardware and software across network devices.
• Server administration including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Work with sales to provide pre- and post-sales support and technical assessments.
