OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg Company, is hiring an IT End User Support Specialist II in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will resolve complex end-user technology issues, deploy and maintain workstations and systems, and help ensure reliable, secure IT operations across the organization.

The position is on-site with standard business hours, offering a salary range of $67,000–$77,000 per year and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2–4 years of IT support experience focused on end-user issues.
• Proficient in hardware, software, network and workstation troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to coordinate installations and manage small projects.
• Detail-oriented with compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated Tier 1 issues involving hardware, software, network configurations, and other end-user technology.
• Install and configure software, hardware updates, and security patches to keep systems secure, current, and functional.
• Set up and deploy new user workstations and accounts while maintaining accurate records of configurations and updates.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and communication-system issues to support reliable user access.
• Collaborate with other IT specialists to troubleshoot persistent or advanced technical issues and deliver a high standard of user support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, workstations, troubleshooting procedures, and IT asset lifecycle management.
• Provide end-user training and documentation on systems, features, security practices, and other tools that improve productivity and user independence.
• Maintain conference room and collaboration systems, support security and compliance initiatives, and follow applicable Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
