OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg Company, is hiring an IT End User Specialist for our Pierceton, Indiana location. • Proficiency in basic IT troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, and network connectivity support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with end users and IT colleagues.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, including prioritizing tasks and maintaining documentation.
• Attention to detail when documenting procedures, managing assets, and supporting IT policies and standards.
• Ability to schedule and manage small projects or updates with minimal user disruption.

• Schedule: Standard business hours
• Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
• Travel: Up to 20%

What You'll Do as an IT Support Specialist

• Receive escalations from Tier 1 and help desk support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems involving hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support timely, comprehensive resolution of technical issues.
• Install and configure software, apply hardware updates and patches, and help maintain reliable end-user devices.
• Set up and deploy user workstations and accounts to support employee onboarding and ongoing technology needs.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and support communication, conference room, and collaboration systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for workstations, systems, troubleshooting procedures, and support processes.
• Support IT asset tracking by monitoring and recording hardware and software inventory.
• Help ensure systems and devices follow organizational security standards, participate in compliance audits and corrective actions, and follow applicable safety, environmental, quality, and 5S practices.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications
