Job summary

OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg Company, is seeking an IT End User Specialist for our Pierceton, Indiana site to provide end-user support across hardware, software, networks, workstations, and collaboration tools. This on-site role also covers device deployment, asset tracking, and IT compliance tasks while ensuring secure, reliable technology for employees.

Routinely support onboarding, documentation, and security standards with travel up to 20%. The position is full-time and on-site in Pierceton, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency in basic IT troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, and network connectivity support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail documenting procedures and assets.
• Ability to manage small projects with minimal user disruption.

Responsibilities

• Receive escalations from Tier 1 and assist with hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical problems promptly.
• Install and configure software, apply hardware updates, and maintain devices.
• Set up workstations and accounts for onboarding and ongoing needs.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and support collaboration systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for devices and processes.
• Support IT asset tracking and compliance activities.
