Job summary

Colorado PERA is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead delivery, operation, and improvement of core technology services. This role partners with the CTO, CISO, and business leaders to translate strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes.

As a senior technology leader, you will manage budgets, staff, and vendor relationships while driving modernization and service excellence in a hybrid work environment based in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology experience with leadership.
• Experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary IT teams.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, end-user computing, and service management.
• Develop and execute technology strategy with measurable outcomes.
