Job summary

LHH in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environment, vendor relationships, and IT operations.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on architecture across infrastructure, networking, security, and emerging technologies, reporting to executive leadership and guiding a collaborative IT team through major initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years IT experience with significant leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud environments.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, cybersecurity operations/governance, and infrastructure modernization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy and long-term technology roadmap.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and oversee security governance and incident response.
• Oversee hybrid cloud operations, networking, and vendor relationships.
• Manage MS 365, SharePoint, Azure, and on-premises systems.
• Drive major security and technology initiatives across 29 interconnected buildings.
• Lead a cross-functional IT team and mentor staff.
