Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks a Senior Director, Infrastructure & Technology Services to own the backbone of our technology, including cloud, network, data center, and end-user computing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive infrastructure/technology operations leadership.
• Experience owning enterprise cloud (Azure preferred), network, data center, and end-user computing.
• Proven ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management experience.
• Experience supporting distributed environments including retail field locations and offices.
• Strong vendor budgets management, cost optimization, and contract negotiation.
• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Retail technology environments strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for cloud, network, and data center infra.
• Lead cloud operations, network engineering, and data center management for all environments.
• Oversee end-user computing and hardware lifecycle across offices and field sites.
• Manage IT service management and help desk, driving incident, problem, and change processes.
• Ensure uptime, security posture, disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Manage vendor relationships and tech spend with Finance for transparency.
• Partner with CTO and executives to communicate performance and investment needs.
• Build and lead a high-performing infra and service-management team.
