FPC Peachtree is seeking an IT Director based in Woodbury, NY to lead technology strategy and day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites.

You will own the IT roadmap, budget, and vendor decisions while hands-on overseeing the Epicor ERP environment, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and a lean internal team.

This highly visible leadership role demands a proven track record in manufacturing IT settings and the ability to translate business priorities into technology investments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong ERP experience - Epicor experience is required.
• Background supporting manufacturing, distribution, or another operational environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, network administration, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business and operational priorities.
• Lead, optimize, and support the Epicor ERP environment — upgrades, integrations, reporting, training.
• Oversee networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user technology across all locations.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, access controls, and disaster recovery practices.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology projects from planning through implementation.
