Job summary

At Work Cincy is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead strategy, security, infrastructure, and day-to-day operations of our manufacturing-focused technology environment. This hands-on leadership role ensures IT systems support business operations while maintaining a secure, reliable, and efficient tech landscape.

The role oversees networks, servers, PLEX ERP/MRP, cloud apps, and user access, with responsibility for cybersecurity, incident response, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, cloud tech, systems administration and data protection.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy, roadmap, and technology priorities.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, ERP/MRP, cloud apps, and user access.
• Lead cybersecurity, backups, access controls, vulnerability management, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Oversee help desk and technical support for timely issue resolution.
• Manage IT vendors, consultants, software providers, and service agreements.
• Develop and manage IT budget for hardware, software, services, and capex.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, contractual, and industry requirements.
• Partner with leadership to identify technology needs and improve business processes.
