Job summary

Electri-Cord Manufacturing Co. is seeking an IT Systems & ERP Support Manager to lead Epicor ERP operations and provide IT strategy guidance to the CFO. The role covers global IT services, security, and ongoing optimization across the U.S. and Mexico.

Responsibilities include coordinating with outsourced IT providers, configuring ERP/CRM tools, and driving automation initiatives using Power BI and Power Automate. A strong background in ERP, databases, and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field.
5+ years of relevant IT systems, infrastructure, or ERP support experience (manufacturing preferred).
Strong SQL, C#, LINQ, and Windows systems knowledge; ERP experience with Epicor is essential.
Experience coordinating with outsourced IT providers and presenting technology recommendations.
Ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and implement secure, scalable IT platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP (Epicor) operations, providing day-to-day service and end-user support across the global organization.
Support CFO with IT strategy and governance for US and Mexico operations.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery.
Configure and customize ERP/CRM tools; manage AI-enabled automation and data analytics initiatives.
Oversee IT asset management, licensing, renewals, and project execution.
Coordinate IT roadmap projects across facilities and monitor SLA performance with partners.
