Job summary

MicroSurgical Technology in Redmond, WA seeks a Director of IT to lead IT operations, infrastructure, and business systems. You will partner with leadership to align technology with strategy, manage ERP, compliance, security, and support services across sites.

Responsibilities include ERP lifecycle management, data migration, cloud adoption (Azure), and data governance, while ensuring FDA/ISO compliance and vendor management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in diverse IT roles, with at least 3 years in IT management.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Experience with ERP systems administration and integrations, including acquisitions.
• Familiarity with INFOR/Siteline is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage core IT operations, including infrastructure and business systems.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead ERP lifecycle management, deployments, and integrations across sites.
• Oversee cloud adoption and cost optimization (Azure).
• Ensure data governance, security, and business continuity.
