Define and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective solutions and timely support.
Provide training and development for IT staff.
Lead EPICOR ERP administration and related integrations.
Develop and deploy network infrastructure plans and maintain security policies.
Oversee security initiatives including CMMC implementation and remediation planning.
