Job summary

3P Partners in Cleveland, OH, seeks an accomplished EVP of IT to report to the CEO and lead the enterprise-wide technology function for a large, complex manufacturing organization.

You will shape the technology roadmap to enable growth, transformation and scalability, oversee ERP, BI, cybersecurity, infrastructure and manufacturing systems, and build a high-performing team aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership with 5+ years leading an enterprise IT function.
• Experience leading technology within a complex manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience valued.
• Broad understanding across ERP/BI/infrastructure/cybersecurity/manufacturing systems.
• Experience leading and developing leaders within a sizeable, multi-functional IT organization.
• Strong track record managing technology investments, budgets and competing enterprise priorities.
• Ability to operate as a strategic business partner and communicate with executives, operational leaders and Boards.
• Experience with Tier 1 ERP environments; SAP and full lifecycle ERP implementations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise technology roadmap aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Lead, develop and align a multi-functional IT organization across functions.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to translate business needs into technology investments and priorities.
• Oversee enterprise systems and architecture including ERP, BI, infrastructure, cybersecurity and manufacturing execution systems.
• Ensure reliability, security and scalability of technology supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Manage IT capital and operating investments prioritizing on business value, risk and TCO.
• Lead modernization and continuous improvement while balancing innovation with stability.
• Build partnerships with technology vendors and service providers with clear performance expectations.
