Laborie is seeking an IT Desktop Technician to deliver skilled, customer-focused technical support for employees. You will ensure reliable access to technology, troubleshoot issues, and support end-to-end incident and request resolution across the IT stack.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT peers, involvement in projects driving secure and scalable technology, and ongoing learning in a globally deployed healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of AD/Entra ID user and group management.
• Experience with remote troubleshooting and remote access tooling.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, support, and resolve hardware and software issues for Laborie staff.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive resolution using ITIL practices.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to scalable IT solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors to provide devices and support.
