Job summary

Laborie Medical Technologies Corp is seeking an IT Desktop Technician to deliver skilled, customer-focused technical support across the organization. You will collaborate with IT to resolve incidents and contribute to secure, scalable technology solutions for Laborie employees.

The role emphasizes problem analysis, automation exploration, and working with hardware and software across Windows and macOS environments to support a global patient-care mission.

Qualifications

• Competency in desktop technologies including Windows, macOS, AD, user/group management, and MS Office.
• Experience using SCCM and/or InTune to deploy packages and manage endpoint device compliance.
• Ability to use collaboration tools including MS Teams and remote support tools like GoToAssist.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, support, and resolve incoming technical issues for Laborie team members, including hardware and software issues.
• Provide problem analysis to collect repetitive issues and drive to closure through root cause analysis and ITIL processes.
• Identify, research, and recommend automation tools and other modern solutions to better enhance the Laborie user experience.
• Partner with providers, such as technology suppliers and wireless carriers, to provide devices, solutions, and support to the organization.
