Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience providing desktop hardware/software support is desirable.
• Comfortable working with mixed Windows/Mac environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot consumer replaceable hardware, BIOS, Driver, OS, FedEx Software.
• Perform OneDrive setup and migrations and handle cloud sharing.
• Assist with data recovery and troubleshooting encryption/password issues.
• Troubleshoot MacOS updates, encryption, and Office for Mac 2016.
• Handle network troubleshooting and connectivity verifications.
