Qualifications

• Four or more years of hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day IT desktop support and incident management processes.
• Provide second-level support to users and act as Duty Manager for the external Service Desk.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and document configuration items.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and SOE; contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Install, deploy, and support end-user hardware, software, peripherals, and printers.
• Perform IT operational tasks across network and converged infrastructure domains.
• Support IT initiatives and projects under leadership direction.
• Provide status updates and reporting for projects and operations.
• Drive standardization and automation in IT service delivery.
• Contribute to corporate cybersecurity initiatives and tasks.
