Job summary

S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver Tier 1 IT support for end-user devices, software, and connectivity.

This role serves as the first point of contact for IT requests and will work with an IT lead and the Director of Information Technology to resolve issues and document outcomes. This position requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0-2+ years of desktop support experience required.
• Proven skills in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft standard software (Office / Teams / Etc) required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via tickets, phone, and email with accurate documentation.
• Provide Tier 1 operational support for end-user devices, software, and peripherals.
• Ensure conformance to company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Resolve common and intermediate PC, software, and mobile device issues.
• Apply end-user patches and updates as directed.
