Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited seeks an Administrator - Desk Side Services to deliver hands-on desktop and endpoint support for end users across multiple sites in the United States. You will diagnose issues, reimage machines, manage incidents, and collaborate with IT teams to keep services running smoothly.

The role requires 7–10 years of desk-side experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of DHCP/DNS. Willingness to travel to US sites and provide after-hours support is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT field experience with desk-side support.
• Strong MS Office skills and OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now or Fresh Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side support for networked desktops and peripherals.
• Test, repair, and document end-user technical issues.
• Reimage computers, manage IMACD tasks, and back up user data.
• Coordinate with ServiceDesk/Remote teams and manage incidents to resolution.
• Maintain asset inventory and assist with site deployments and onboarding.
