Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional IT support to all technology users.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement long-term solutions.
• Train users on new or updated company applications.
• Manage IT Help Request board and ensure timely feedback.
• Assist with WAN/LAN installation and system optimization.
• Coordinate hardware/software purchases.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes with IT.
• Promote safety and eliminate hazards related to IT tasks.
